Hakuna Matata

Last week, I was just reading my bible & I came across some passages. Then I had the thought in my head that I should do a message so I started to write an outline & I stayed up until 1:00AM. I was so excited so I called some people to ask who was doing the message on Sunday for English Service. I asked Manang Mize if she knew, then I told her that I wanted to do it. I was nervous & felt like throwing up on the stage. I’m not a pastor, I just have the gift of Exhortation, so here’s my notes.

Hakuna Matata

-Jeremiah 29:11

1.Don’t give up

-2 Timothy 2:3-13

-Galatians 6:9

-God has a plan for us

-He didn’t put us on this planet for no reason

2.Don’t be discouraged, be encouraged

-Nehemiah 4:14

-John 16:33

-Romans 8:31

-Discouragement just leads to depression

3.Don’t worry (Hakuna Matata)

-Matthew 6:27

-Phillippians 4:6-7, 11, 13

-Romans 8:39

So that was my notes. Just some scriptures. I didn’t really know what to talk about, but like I said, just an exhortation. The title of it is Hakuna Matata because we shouldn’t worry, we’ve got God. It means no worries for the rest of your days, so why worry?
